Review: Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion

Hey! This is the second instalment of my Clinique reviews, this one will be on the Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion. Click here for my review on the Clinique High Impact Lip Colour in Rosette.

I initially wanted to use this product for my hands, because they are horribly dry and sore. I use E45 on them usually, and it works, but it leaves my hands greasy and doesn't really improve the condition of my hands. I wondered whether the Dramatically Different lotion will really be dramatically different.

Review: Clinique High Impact Lip Colour in Rosette

Hey! We've had such lovely weather recently, I feel quite spoilt actually haha. I thought I'd do a post today, since the lighting's quite good for photos! I've wanted to do this post for a while now, but I've just been lazy (I blame the sun). But yes, I'll get straight into it!

Last month I got my hands on some Clinique goodies, click here to read my Clinique freebies post. I was really excited about these products because they are a bit expensive for a student with no source of income! Today I'm going to review the High Impact Lip Colour with SPF 15 in Rosette, and the Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion (in separate posts). I, being the retard that I am, completely forgot to apply the High Impact Mascara to photograph today...so that'll have to come in another post I'm afraid!

Starting off with the lippie...

I absolutely adore this lipstick, it is truly stunning in colour. Clinique describes it as a 'golden rose', which I think is spot on. It has a satin frost finish, the gold undertones give this lip colour a lot of depth.

Tagged! Writings on the Wall

It's nearly the Easter holidays, and the sun is shining...I'm in such a good mood! Although I dread to think the amount of revision I'll have to do in my two weeks off. The summer exams are really important, as they'll basically shape the rest of my life. No pressure then.

On a happier note! I was tagged by the lovely Aya from Codename Aya. She is such a sweet and genuine person, her blog is one of my favourites to read! Those DIY posts of hers make her blog different, and just really interesting in general! The reviews are also awesome, so please check her blog out!

Update & Experimental Look

Hello! It has been so long since my last blog post, too long! Moving house turned out to be more stressful than imagined, it has literally drained me. I always tired these days, even more so than before, which I did not think was possible.

So I’ve now fully settled in, and have the internet! Woooo! Cannot wait to catch up on everyone’s blog posts, I’ve missed my daily blog dose ha. I’m really loving the new house, the stress was definitely worth it.

Now, to the make-up! I’ve always been hesitant to be adventurous with my make-up. I’d go for the nude look every time, a few coats of mascara and some foundation. It’s probably because I am pretty much incapable of getting up in the morning. If it doesn’t get to the stage where I have to get up, then I just don’t. So I rarely get enough time to make myself look pretty. I have always wanted to branch out into the world of eyeshadows, but my awkward eyelids and my awful application stop me from even trying most of the time. I do however like playing with make-up when I'm bored, so here's a look I came up with!
